FIELD SERVICES
Our team of fully trained and qualified field engineers have unrivalled experience of installing met masts in the most difficult and hostile environments and have commissioned more than 1200 systems in total, throughout the UK and Europe. All our field operations are covered by detailed method statements and are risk-assessed.
Installation and commissioning
We offer a complete turnkey service for the installation of wind monitoring systems for many applications, including:
- initial site assessment
- turbine power performance assessment
- met data for noise monitoring
- micro-siting for turbine layouts
All our installers have undergone extensive in-house training in met mast installation, as well as formal training relating to specific activities (e.g. crane operation, slinger signaler, offroad driving) or items of plant (ATVs, chainsaw operation etc). The installation process is carried out according to the particular requirements of the site and client, as well as to standards and procedures set out by our Quality Management System.
